About the Founder
In 2012, I, Levytskyi Oleksiy Vasylovych, initiated a social initiative to change people's attitude towards resources
We teach sorting and show that caring for nature is stylish, comfortable, and beneficial. Our task is to make environmental consciousness part of everyday life, so it passes from children to adults, from generation to generation

Main stages of ECOLEV activity
Preparation
ECOLEV explains the city's waste sorting system and talks about various types of waste accepted for recycling. We inform about waste collection points and requirements for waste preparation
Waste Preparation
Residents sort waste at home or at work by categories: plastic, glass, metal, and other materials. ECOLEV provides support and instructions so that waste is properly prepared for delivery to our collection points
Installation of Ecohubs
ECOLEV places containers and sorting points throughout the city - near shopping centers, schools, kindergartens, and public places. Each ecohub is equipped for convenient and efficient waste reception
Waste Collection
Waste from ecohubs is collected and centrally delivered for further processing. At this stage, primary sorting takes place to ensure proper classification of materials
Sorting
Materials are cleaned, dried, bottles and boxes are compressed, lids and labels are separated. Then waste goes through additional automated sorting by types of plastic, metal, glass for preparation for recycling
Recycling
Secondary raw materials are transferred to factories for production of new goods: plastic - for industrial and consumer products, glass - for new containers. This helps reduce waste volume, preserve natural resources, and support ecology
